Update 1.02 updates the starting beach and cave screens so that the intro flows more nicely; in addition I've also done a couple of minor updates on text elsewhere in the game for clarity.

I also found a bug where it was possible to get stuck in the trees in the jungle, that has now been corrected.

Finally, X-marks-the-spots graphics have been updated to increase their visibility.
